We take small groups to different locations close to Sydney, NSW and offer a weekend of fun exercise options, delicious food prepared by our private chef and social connection within a beautiful setting.
Everybody has different reasons for attending our weekend escapes, whether it's to take time out and really "retreat", squeeze in as much exercise as they can or reconnect with themselves and/or others.

Who are Delzo ActiveHi! I'm Tanya Delzotto, owner and operator of Delzo Active, a small fitness business based in Newcastle, Australia. After many years working at a desk in the graphic design world and feeling the effects on my body, I decided to make a career change into the fitness world. My passion lies in getting as many people as I can to move their body in a safe and supported way. I'm here to show you how much fun you can have with exercise, it's simply about finding your fitness tribe to cheer you on. Delzo Active Weekend Escapes, came about as a way to bring together like-minded souls in a beautiful space, enjoy moving together and having lots of laughs along the way.

From stretch to circuit to kayaking, we have lots of options over the weekend and a supportive community. |
FoodOur chef, Cory is a machine in the kitchen, catering to all dietary requirements. Fresh and healthy food for every meal, you won't have to worry about a thing. Just sit back and relax and enjoy being treated with special home cooked meals while you're away for the weekend. |
ConnectionThere is nothing better than connecting with like minded individuals, who enjoy moving their body, exploring and having a good laugh. Come along by yourself or with a friend/partner, either way you will meet a bunch of new friends and have lots of fun along the way. |
