Everybody has different reasons for attending our weekend fitness and wellbeing retreats, whether it is to take time out and really "retreat", squeeze in as much fitness as they can during the weekend, reconnect with themselves and/or others or it might be a mix of varying things. Our main aim is to offer a schedule that can cater to many of your needs and you walk away with a big smile on your face and a warm and happy feeling inside.
