Outdoor fitness sessions
At Delzo Active we are not only about getting fit and reaching goals, mostly we are about creating a welcoming and fun community for you to be part of while exercising. We base our workouts around functional training patterns, which trains your muscles to work in harmony and simulates common movements you would use in everyday life and around the home. We use a wide variety of equipment, including: battle ropes, boxing gloves & pads, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands and slam balls.
Most of us spend way too much time indoors and sitting down these days, so what better way to move your body than to head outdoors and into the beautiful parks of Sydney and we can also get some Vitamin D while we are at it. Spending time outdoors not only feels great but is proven to lower stress levels and create a clearer mind.
We offer small group fitness sessions (Max. 8 people), one on one training and buddy training. By keeping our group numbers small we can focus more on technique and individual needs throughout every exercise. Small numbers allows us to give you that personal touch you would expect if you were paying for a one on one session with a trainer, but at a more affordable rate. All our outdoor fitness sessions are specially designed for varying fitness levels for both men and women, plenty of variety and most of all lots of fun.
