Who am I and how can I help youHi! I'm Tanya Delzotto, owner and operator of Delzo Active, a Virtual Small Group Fitness service based in Lake Macquarie. After many years working at a desk in the graphic design/advertising world and feeling the effects on my body, I decided to make a career change into the fitness world. My passion lies in getting as many people as I can to move their body in a safe and technique focussed way. I'm here to show you how much fun you can have with exercise, it's simply about being supported and finding your fitness tribe to cheer you on.

Our Day Retreats offer you the chance to move your body, step into nature, open yourself up to new connections and friendships and restore some calmness to your mind. These are a condensed version of our Weekend Retreats and see us exploring different places close to Sydney and Newcastle.

Our fitness and wellbeing retreats offer a flexible itinerary of exercise, outdoor activities, meditation, yoga, socialising, relaxation and getting back to nature.
Each weekend retreat is special in its very own way, with different activities to try, different places to explore close to Sydney and most of all beautiful souls to connect with. The best thing about our retreats, is that everything is optional, you might like to just take the weekend to read, have a massage or take some time out. Our retreats are all about finding balance and whatever it is you need at the time, we want you to walk away with a big smile on your face and a feeling of calmness to take on the busyness of life when you return home.
