We are all 'busy' and find we don't have the time to not only exercise, but also spend time with the ones we love the most. So why not join in on something that is becoming quite popular and come along to our outdoor couples session. By training together, you not only both get fit, you also get to spend time together in the great outdoors. Latest research shows that couples that train together proves very beneficial not only to their health, but to the general wellbeing and happiness of the relationship as well and you also keep each other accountable.
Our sessions are about creating an open and welcoming space for all fitness levels and all couples. We run our sessions through functional training movements and like to challenge our clients through different movement patterns. We limit all our small groups to 8 people, so everyone can get the personal attention they need and with a focus on technique.
Our couples session is held every Monday at 7pm in Crown Park, Waterloo.
