Delzo Active Escapes came about after searching for balance, exploring different ways to encourage people to move their body and a desire to bring together like minded souls. Our weekend retreats offer a flexible itinerary of fitness, yoga, socialising, relaxation and getting back to nature. These are your weekends to do as much or as little as you like. It is your chance to listen to your body and mind and give them both what they need at the time. We are not about depriving ourselves of anything, but about moving our body, connecting, exploring and yes even indulging on delicious food & wine if you desire.

Join us on one of our wonderful day retreats where we will be exploring, walking, doing fitness sessions, stretching, yoga, meditation and all wrapped up with a delicious catered lunch.
