Small Group Training
Join one of our small group sessions to get you fighting fit in no time. Our sessions, have a maximum of 8 people so we can focus on a more personalised experience. Stay motivated through group training.
What better way to get fit then sweating it out with your partner! Training with your partner not only keeps you accountable, but also helps improve your fitness and relationship. Join our couples session in Waterloo every Monday night.
One on One Training
If you are looking for a more personalised program or you have specific goals you are working towards, then one on one fitness training might be your best option. You get to pick your location and time as well.
If our weekend retreats require too much commitment at this stage or it is hard to find the time for a weekend away, then maybe our day retreats would suit you better? These days bring you all the goodness of our weekend retreats in one day and even closer to Sydney. Join us on one of our wonderful day retreats where we will be exploring, walking, doing fitness sessions, stretching, yoga, meditation and all wrapped up with a delicious catered lunch. We love to bring like minded people together and create a sense of community and we look forward to you joining us.

Delzo Active Escapes came about after searching for balance, exploring different ways to encourage people to move their body and a desire to bring together like minded souls. Our weekend retreats offer a flexible itinerary of fitness, yoga, socialising, relaxation and getting back to nature. These are your weekends to do as much or as little as you like. It is your chance to listen to your body and mind and give them both what they need at the time. We are not about depriving ourselves of anything, but about moving our body, connecting, exploring and yes even indulging on delicious food & wine if you desire.
